Our Approach

Bridging the Gap in Modern Warfare: From OSINT Research to Official Defense Doctrine.

In late 2024, following the observation of rapid tactical developments regarding First-Person View (FPV) Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) in contemporary multi-domain operations, a critical capability gap in localized tactical documentation was identified.

Given that modern asymmetric threats require immediate adaptation, reliance on standard administrative deployment cycles was deemed insufficient.

Operational innovation necessitates the rapid deployment and operationalization of technical solutions at the tactical edge.

Leveraging an academic background in Web Intelligence (MSc, 2023) and over 15 years of operational experience as a UAV Pilot, the author initiated a project to translate, adapt, and standardize an operational manual on FPV Drones and Countermeasures (C-UAS).

Key Project Milestones:

  • OSINT & Intelligence Analysis: Identified, extracted, and evaluated primary source intelligence and frontline operational manuals.

  • Standardization: Harmonized and aligned technical and tactical terminology with NATO STANAG protocols.

  • Methodological Integration: Incorporated a structured FPV flight and tactical training curriculum to bridge theoretical knowledge with field operations.

In March 2025, the comprehensive manual was officially submitted to the Hellenic Army General Staff (HAGS).

The document was subsequently adopted as the foundational baseline material for the official EE 77-1 Military Manual (promulgated in January 2026).

This initiative underscores that applied technical intelligence and targeted proactive initiatives are vital components of modern defense innovation and operational readiness.
