WARFT ASSESSMENT

Measure Knowledge. Evaluate Decisions. Demonstrate Readiness.

WARFT Assessment transforms knowledge testing into structured performance evaluation. Through timed assessments, scenario-based questions and defined performance criteria, candidates demonstrate what they know, how they interpret information and how effectively they make decisions under pressure.

Assess with purpose. Perform with confidence.

Beyond the Quiz

01 - ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK

Knowledge is the foundation. Performance is the measure.

WARFT Assessment provides a structured framework for evaluating subject knowledge, analytical reasoning and decision-making against predefined criteria. Each assessment is designed around specific learning objectives, controlled test parameters and transparent scoring rules.

  • Knowledge Mastery — Evaluate subject-matter understanding and technical proficiency.

  • Analytical Reasoning — Assess the ability to interpret information and identify relevant factors.

  • Decision Performance — Evaluate judgement against defined criteria in time-constrained scenarios.

  • Performance Consistency — Measure results across relevant assessment domains.

Assessment objectives and performance indicators are defined before testing begins.

One Standard. Multiple Domains

02 - ASSESSMENT CATEGORIES

Each assessment is tailored to its subject, learning objectives and required level of proficiency.

Technical Knowledge

Evaluate understanding of systems, equipment, procedures and technical principles.

Operational Knowledge

Assess understanding of defined processes, responsibilities and procedural requirements.

Situational Judgement

Evaluate the interpretation of scenario information, prioritisation of relevant factors and selection of the most appropriate response.

Time-Constrained Decision-Making

Measure decision accuracy and completion time against predefined assessment criteria.

Available categories depend on the published assessment catalogue.

Performance You Can Measure

03 - PERFORMANCE LEVELS

WARFT uses clearly defined performance bands to communicate assessment outcomes. Thresholds and qualification requirements are established for each assessment before the candidate begins.

95–100% | ELITE DISTINCTION

Exceptional assessment performance, subject to all applicable critical-item, timing and first-attempt requirements.

90–94% | ADVANCED

High demonstrated proficiency against the assessment criteria.

80–89% | QUALIFIED

Meets the defined passing standard where the assessment specifies an 80% threshold.

BELOW THE PASSING THRESHOLD | DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED

Further study and reassessment are recommended in accordance with the applicable assessment rules.

Performance bands are assessment-specific. An overall score does not override mandatory critical-item requirements. These designations represent WARFT assessment outcomes and do not, by themselves, constitute an accredited professional or military qualification.

Defined Conditions. Transparent Results.

04 - ASSESSMENT PROTOCOL

Every formal assessment follows a documented protocol designed to support consistent administration, fair scoring and meaningful interpretation of results.

01. Assessment Brief

Review the subject, objectives, eligibility requirements, duration, scoring method and applicable attempt rules.

02. Access Verification

Enter a valid assessment code or authenticate through an authorised account.

03. Controlled Assessment

Complete the assessment within the specified time and under the stated conditions.

04. Scoring and Review

Receive a result based on predefined scoring rules, including any applicable critical-item requirements.

05. Outcome and Credential

Where the assessment permits, view the result and receive the corresponding digital credential upon meeting all award criteria.

Fair by Design. Rigorous by Standard.

05 - ASSESSMENT INTEGRITY

A meaningful result requires more than a high score. It requires a well-designed assessment, clear rules and consistent evaluation.

WARFT aims to support assessment integrity through:

  • Defined Assessment Objectives — Every test is aligned with specified knowledge and performance outcomes.

  • Structured Question Banks — Questions are organised by subject, objective and difficulty where applicable.

  • Controlled Test Conditions — Time limits, attempt policies and access permissions are specified in advance.

  • Consistent Scoring — Results are calculated using documented scoring criteria.

  • Critical-Item Requirements — Designated questions may carry mandatory pass requirements.

  • Assessment Version Control — Assessment versions are identified to support traceability and result interpretation.

Where randomised question selection is used, equivalent test forms should be reviewed for comparable coverage and difficulty. Security measures are implemented according to the capabilities of the assessment platform.

Evidence of Performance.

06 - RESULTS AND CREDENTIALS

Every completed assessment produces a clearly defined outcome. Eligible candidates may receive a digital credential documenting their achievement.

Depending on the assessment, the record may include:

  • Candidate name

  • Assessment title and version

  • Completion date

  • Final score and performance band

  • Applicable qualification status

  • Unique credential identification number

  • Verification details, where available

Credentials document performance against the stated assessment criteria. They do not imply external accreditation, NATO endorsement or professional authorisation unless such status has been independently established and explicitly documented.

Readiness Requires Evidence.

07 - OUR STANDARD

WARFT is built around a simple principle: performance should be evaluated against defined standards, not assumptions.

We combine structured assessment, measurable outcomes and transparent criteria to help individuals identify knowledge gaps, track progress and demonstrate achievement.

Learn with purpose. Assess with rigour. Improve continuously.
